At Echo Zulu Defense, LLC, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every suppressor (also commonly referred to as "silencers") we manufacture. We understand that your investment in our products is important, and we are committed to ensuring you have the best experience possible. This Limited Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") reflects our dedication to your satisfaction and applies exclusively to suppressors manufactured by Echo Zulu Defense. This Warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser ("Owner") and is non-transferable. Proof of original purchase is required for any warranty claims.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
We take pride in our manufacturing process and warrant that our suppressors are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, provided it is used under normal conditions. If you experience an issue that is the result of a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. At our discretion, Echo Zulu Defense will either repair or replace the suppressor at no cost to you. In the event that a replacement suppressor is necessary due to a manufacturing defect, Echo Zulu Defense will also cover the cost of the ATF tax stamp for the new suppressor.
ADDRESSING NON-MANUFACTURING RELATED ISSUES
We understand that accidents or mistakes may happen during normal use. In cases where damage to the suppressor is determined to have resulted from minor or unintentional misuse by the Owner, Echo Zulu Defense will offer a fair resolution. We evaluate such situations, including the use of non-specified ammunition or mounts, on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness. If the suppressor cannot be repaired, the following conditions apply:
-
Echo Zulu Defense will provide a replacement suppressor at no charge. However, the Owner may be responsible for the cost of the new ATF tax stamp required for the replacement.
-
Each situation will be handled individually because we believe in treating every customer fairly. To ensure fairness, we limit such non-manufacturing related claims to one replacement per calendar year.
MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Owner is responsible for maintaining the suppressor according to the guidelines we provide. Failure to perform proper maintenance could lead to issues that aren't covered by this Warranty. If you need assistance or have any questions about maintenance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to help.
EXCLUSIONS
This Warranty does not extend to severe misuse, abuse, or intentional actions that cause damage to the suppressor. The following are excluded from coverage under this Warranty:
- Damage resulting from gross misuse, abuse, or intentional failure to follow the product’s operational and maintenance instructions.
- Modifications or alterations to the suppressor that are not expressly authorized by Echo Zulu Defense.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from standard usage.
- Intentional destruction, purposeful negligence, or acts beyond the reasonable control of Echo Zulu Defense.
- Any suppressor sold or transferred by the original Owner to another individual or entity. This Warranty is non-transferable.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
We’re committed to making the process as smooth as possible. If you believe your suppressor qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact us at rma@echozuludefense.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. We kindly ask that you not send your suppressor before receiving an RMA, as it helps us serve you better. Additionally, all applicable ATF Forms must accompany the shipment. We reserve the right to return any product that does not follow this procedure.
Once we receive your suppressor, we will carefully review your claim and typically provide an update within 10 business days. If the claim is approved, repairs or replacements generally take an additional 10 business days. Please note that ATF processing may sometimes cause additional delays of up to 30-60 days, and we appreciate your understanding.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
At Echo Zulu Defense, we are committed to your safety and satisfaction. However, we cannot be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including personal injury, property damage, or economic loss, that may result from the use or inability to use the suppressor. This Warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights depending on your state.
JURISDICTION
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to this Warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Dakota.
