Product Availability:

  • Products may be limited in quantity and subject to return or exchange based on our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
  • We make every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee your device’s display will be exact.

Pricing:

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. ORDERING, BILLING, AND SHIPPING

Shipping Policy:

  • All orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
  • Orders involving regulated products like suppressors will not ship until all legal requirements are fulfilled, including receipt of ATF approval and payment of the tax stamp.
  • Shipping times are subject to factors outside of our control, such as ATF processing times.

Order Modifications:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders, limit quantities, or reject orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent. If any changes are made to your order, we will attempt to notify you via the provided contact information.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase. In summary:

  • Suppressor Orders: Once ATF paperwork is submitted, suppressor orders cannot be canceled.
  • Accessory Returns: Accessory items must be unused and returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • ATF Denials: If your suppressor application is denied, we offer partial refunds, subject to processing fees, as detailed in our return policy.

6. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

By purchasing regulated products such as suppressors, you affirm that you are legally permitted to own and possess such items in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local laws related to the purchase and use of our products.

NFA and ATF Compliance:

All suppressors and certain firearms accessories are subject to the National Firearms Act (NFA) and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) regulations. Echo Zulu Defense, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by ATF processing.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

Disclaimer of Warranties:

All products and services provided by Echo Zulu Defense, LLC are delivered “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Echo Zulu Defense, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products. Our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law and shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

11. GOVERNING LAW

15. GUN TRUSTS

If you use a gun trust to purchase NFA-regulated products, Echo Zulu Defense, LLC is not responsible for the validity of the trust or any legal issues arising from its use. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction when creating a gun trust.
