Shipping Policy

 At Echo Zulu Defense, LLC, we are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are shipped, details on NFA items, and information on delivery times and requirements. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. SHIPPING COSTS

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and will be shown before you finalize your purchase.

2. NFA ITEM SHIPPING AND TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS

All NFA-regulated items, including suppressors (silencers), must be transferred through a licensed dealer in your state. Shipping for these items is dependent on the completion of legal requirements and ATF processing times for the required Form 3 transfer.

Important Details:

  • Form 3 Submission: We cannot ship NFA items directly to customers. The suppressor must be transferred to your local FFL dealer via a Form 3.
  • Processing Times: The shipping of NFA items is subject to ATF processing times for the Form 3 transfer, which can vary. We cannot guarantee or influence these times, but we will notify you once your Form 3 has been approved and the item has been shipped to your dealer.

Address Requirements for NFA Items:

  • NFA-regulated items will be shipped only to the FFL dealer specified on the approved Form 3. The dealer must be located in the same state as listed on your Form 4.
  • Address changes for NFA items after submission of the Form 3 are not allowed.

3. LEGAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We are only licensed to sell suppressors in the 42 states where ownership of suppressors is legal. We cannot ship suppressors to the following restricted states where they are prohibited by law:

  • California
  • Delaware
  • Hawaii
  • Illinois
  • Massachusetts
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Rhode Island

Please ensure that you are in compliance with state and local regulations before placing an order.

Legal States:

  • Suppressors can only be shipped to FFL dealers located in states where suppressor ownership is allowed under state and federal law.

4. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing:

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Timelines:

  • Non-NFA Items: Standard shipping times for non-regulated items typically range from 3 to 7 business days.
  • NFA Items: Due to ATF Form 3 processing requirements, the shipment of NFA items may experience delays beyond our control. We will provide shipping updates once the Form 3 transfer is completed.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. For NFA items, tracking will be provided once the suppressor has been shipped to your local FFL dealer.

5. DELIVERY AND SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

All orders containing NFA-regulated items require an adult signature upon delivery at your dealer's location. Non-NFA items may not require a signature, depending on the shipping service selected.

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Lost or Stolen NFA Items:

If your NFA item is marked as “delivered” to your FFL dealer, but the dealer cannot locate it, please first verify with the carrier who signed for the delivery. If your package is presumed lost or stolen, contact Echo Zulu Defense, LLC immediately, and we will work with you to file the appropriate reports with local authorities and the ATF.

Theft After Delivery:

We are not responsible for items that are stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure the security of your delivered items, especially non-NFA products delivered to residential addresses.

7. RETURN SHIPPING AND WARRANTY REPAIRS

If you need to return a product for warranty claims or repairs, please contact our Customer Support team for instructions. Echo Zulu Defense, LLC covers the cost of return shipping for approved warranty repairs or replacements.

Return Shipping Details:

  • NFA Items: Please do not ship suppressors or other NFA items to us without prior authorization from our customer service team. Unauthorized shipments will not be accepted.
  • Non-NFA Items: Return shipping for non-warranty items is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

8. CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY

For non-NFA orders, if you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

For NFA-regulated items, the shipping address must match the address on the approved Form 3 and cannot be changed after the form submission.

9. DELIVERY HOLDS AND SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

If you know that you will be unavailable to receive your delivery, you may contact the shipping carrier directly to arrange a delivery hold at your local postal facility. Once tracking information has been generated, we cannot alter the delivery instructions for your order.

10. SHIPPING INSURANCE

All NFA items and other high-value orders are shipped with insurance to cover any potential damage during transit. Suppressors are securely packaged in durable materials to ensure safe delivery.

11. CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. This policy was last updated on September 26, 2024.
