We understand that sometimes products need to be returned, or orders need to be canceled, and we’re here to make that process as straightforward as possible. Below are our policies regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations for both non-NFA and NFA items. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.
General Return Conditions
Before initiating any return, please contact us at rma@echozuludefense.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Non-NFA Products
For items that are not regulated by the National Firearms Act (NFA), such as accessories or other products, we offer the following options:
- Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and materials intact.
- Exchange Availability: We offer exchanges for in-stock items only. If the desired item is out of stock, we will work with you to provide a comparable alternative or offer a refund.
- Customer Responsibility for Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping returns or exchanges.

Orders from Dealers
If you’ve purchased our products from an authorized dealer or distributor, returns should be managed directly with the dealer. Echo Zulu Defense cannot process returns for items not purchased through our official store.
Canceling an Order (Non-NFA)
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an order for a non-NFA item:
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled any time before they ship. You will receive a full refund for the canceled order.
- Processing Time: Canceled orders will be refunded within 30 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
- How to Cancel: Please email rma@echozuludefense.com with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation” to request a cancellation.
NFA Items (Suppressors and Other Regulated Products)
Purchasing NFA-regulated items, such as suppressors, involves unique legal requirements. Please note the following terms regarding these purchases:
- Pre-Paperwork Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a refund if the required ATF forms have not yet been submitted. A 25% processing fee applies to NFA order cancellations. This fee will be issued as store credit valid for one year.
- Post-Paperwork Cancellations: Once paperwork (such as ATF Form 3) has been submitted, the order cannot be canceled, and the sale is final.
Handling ATF Denials
In the event that the ATF denies your application or returns it without action (RWA), Echo Zulu Defense will provide the following options:
- Refund Policy: If you are deemed ineligible to possess the suppressor or other NFA item, Echo Zulu Defense will refund your purchase minus a 25% processing fee, which will be issued as store credit.
- Return Process: The suppressor or NFA item must be returned to Echo Zulu Defense through your dealer before the refund is issued.
- No Refund Until Returned: Refunds will be processed once the NFA item is returned to Echo Zulu Defense, or the transfer status is resolved by the dealer.
This policy is in place to comply with federal regulations and ensure a fair process for all involved.
